These Terms of Use only apply to the entire contents of the present website under the domain: www.BestSingle.com BestSingle is an international meeting service site, accessible to BestSingle Members via Internet. BestSingle.com is published by the OneMeet S.p.A.Company. Some features of the BestSingle services can be accessed free of charge. Other services are paid for by Members, who pay with an annual subscription (12 months).

For the purpose of this agreement, the terms and/or expressions indicated will have the following meaning. The terms defined in singular form will be understood also in plural form and vice versa:
BestSingle.com: The list of words below, which start with a capital letter, have been defined for the purposes of these Terms of Use as follows: group of Services, the purpose of which is to facilitate online meetings between individuals, for personal, leisure and non-business purposes. Some features of the BestSingle services can be accessed free of charge and other services are paid for by Members.
Member (s): refers to any or all valid registered users of the BestSingle.com Service who have not paid to use BestSingle.com, that is, have not subscribed. The Members account is valid for 24 months, renewable for other 24 months if not canceled.
Subscribed Member: refers to BestSingle.com validly subscribed service user who has paid for the BestSingle.com service.
Subscription: refers to paid rates quoted by, BestSingle.com which grants unlimited access to paid services for 1 year (twelve months), tacitly renewable.
Paid Services: refers to all accessible services where a subscription is required.

The equipment (computer, software, telecommunications systems, etc.) used to allow access to Services shall be the responsibility of the Member, as shall the telecommunications costs incurred by its use. To be a BestSingle.com Member you must be at least 18 years of age and complete all mandatory fields appearing on the registration forms. The BestSingle.com Member guarantees that the communicated information is correct and corresponds to the truth. The BestSingle.com Member will communicate with OneMeet SpA – Customer Care Service for eventual amendments made of the information provided when registering, or to amend the information themselves in their personal profile on the BestSingle.com website. When the conditions required for registration are met, each Member will have one or more identifier(s) (usernames) and one or more password(s), according to the different Services with which the Member is registered (Internet, newsletters, telephone). These identifier(s) and password(s) are strictly private and confidential and must not be passed on or shared with any third parties. Under no condition will OneMeet. SpA be held responsible for the Members loss of identifier and/or password. If a Member disseminates or uses these elements in a manner deemed contrary to its original purpose, BestSingle.com will terminate the Member's Account. The Member shall be solely liable for the use of this identification information by third parties or for the actions or statements made through the Member's account, whether these be fraudulent or not. The Member holds BestSingle.com not responsible against all claims of this kind. In addition, as BestSingle.com does not have the obligation or the technical means to check the identity of every person registered with its Services, BestSingle.com is not liable in the event a Member's identity is used by someone else. If the Member has reason to believe that a person is using his or her Member identification information or account, he or she must inform BestSingle.com immediately. When a Member wishes to sponsor a friend and provides BestSingle.com with the contact details of that friend, such Member must have obtained the prior consent of this friend for BestSingle.com to process his or her data that will be used solely in order to address an electronic message informing him/her of BestSingle.com and its Services. This message is addressed in the name and in the account of the Members having provided BestSingle.com with their personal data. In such a case, the Member supplies such information freely and voluntarily and under his/her sole responsibility. For security and quality purposes, BestSingle.com will deactivate the accounts of Members who have not used the Service for a period of 6 months or more, and for whom no subscription remains valid. This six-month period referred to above shall begin on the date of the last valid login to the BestSingle.com site.

Upon registration, and after acquiring the necessary Pass, the Member can access Services available on BestSingle.com. Prices and terms of payment for the Paid Services can be found under the Article "Prices and Terms of Payment" of these Terms of Use. This can be accessed at any time via the BestSingle.com site during the presentation or the use of the Paid Service(s) that the Member wishes to access, as well as its/their respective price(s). During the use of paid services,The Member has the following Obligations :
Respect applicable laws and third party rights
Not to use BestSingle.com for professional or commercial purposes (canvassing, soliciting or prostitution) or for any non-private purposes.
Not to post, disseminate, or broadcast in any form whatsoever inaccurate or false information or content.
Not to make comments, propagate or disseminate in any form whatsoever content that contravenes the rights of others or that is defamatory, injurious, obscene, offensive, violent or inciting to violence, political, racist or xenophobic and, in general, any content that is contrary to the purpose of BestSingle.com, current rules and laws in force or acceptable norms and standards. In particular, photographs, videos and any other information in terms of data or files supplied by a Member of BestSingle.com must be decent and refer exclusively to the Member or to a third party from whom the Member has expressly obtained consent and are the sole responsibility of the Member concerned.
Not to mention on the BestSingle.com website any personal information provided by a BestSingle.com Member (such as an email address, mailing address, telephone number, etc.) enabling a Member to contact another Member without using BestSingle.com.
Not to post, disseminate, or broadcast in any form whatsoever information or content that has the effect of diminishing, disorganizing or preventing normal usage of the Services, or of interrupting and/or slowing down normal circulation of communications between Members through the Services, such information comprising, for example, software, worms, viruses, software bombs, mass mailing, etc. BestSingle.com reserves the right to delete messages sent in mass mailings by a Member in order to maintain the quality of use of the Services provided to its Members.
Not to post, disseminate, or broadcast in any form whatsoever information or content that incorporates links to third-party websites that are illegal in character, contrary to what is generally acceptable and/or not in accordance with the principles of BestSingle.com.


Failure to comply with the Obligations as set out above shall constitute a serious breach by the Member of his/her obligations. Without prejudice to the provisions of Article 7 "Termination", OneMeet SpA shall, where the Member fails to comply with one or more of these Obligations, be entitled to block the User's subscription, to automatically eliminate all messages having controversial content, regardless of their nature, to impede the publication of a Members profile partially or completely and/or block their access to paid services temporarily or definitely, without compensation or refund as well as terminate the agreement and definitively delete the account of the Member concerned. OneMeet SpA cannot be held liable for false declarations made by a Member. Therefore, it is imperative that Members take certain precautions when arranging to meet up with another Member. BestSingle.com assumes no responsibility for meetings between Members of BestSingle.com, on BestSingle.com or during meetings between Members and/or non-Members as a consequence of the use of the BestSingle.com site and Services. In addition, on a first date, it is recommended that you tell someone close to you and choose a public place for the meeting (such as a coffee place, pub, restaurant etc.).

The present agreement will be valid for 1 year (twelve months) from the subscription date and will be tacitly renewed every year except where the Member can rescind the agreement at any time with a notice of at least 15 (fifteen) days.
The use of the Paid Services assumes that the Member has a Pass. Members can acquire a Pass by using credit card (on the Internet). Administrative costs for these files are different, therefore OneMeet SpA reserves the right to suggest different tariffs or free accesses to certain Member categories, according to their sex (man or woman) for the chosen promotion for the payment of the subscription. The prices and the terms of payment for the different Paid Services are shown below, and are displayed at all times on the BestSingle.com website, including at the point when the member chooses to make a purchase. The activation of a BestSingle.com Pass on a member's account occurs as soon as, or a few moments after a valid transaction has been completed (successful online transaction). Upon expiration of a Pass, such Pass shall, except where the Member notifies termination thereof to BestSingle.com prior to the Pass's expiration date, be renewed for further twelve months. In such cases, the annual renewal shall be effected in accordance with the manner of payment originally chosen by the Member to which the Member originally subscribed to

(*) Paid in a single payment when subscribing to the annual subscription;
The following fees, following the first payment, will be charged on the subscriber's credit card with the following modalities:
a. for the the subscriptions made between day 1 and day 15 of every month, the subsequent fees will be charged, by means of transaction on the subscriber's credit card, on the 1st day of every following month until the total sum owed is reached; b. for the subscriptions made between day 16 until the end of every month, the subsequent fees will be charged, by means of transaction on the subscriber's credit card, on the 20th day of every following month until the total sum owed is reached;

Each transaction which takes place on the BestSingle.com site is regulated on Secure Servers, property of OneMeet S.p.A., which the Company holds in their servers all sensitive data, including card holder name and credit card number provided for the purchase of paid services by the Members. The above mentioned servers are housed at the Server Farm I.Net SpA., with the office located in Settimo Milanese (MI), Viale Darwin, 85, and this company is authorized by the Ministry of Communication for ISP services (Internet Service Provider) according to D.L.vo 259/2003. OneMeet S.p.A. Cannot be held liable for false declaration made by a card holder and declares that the use of the credit card numbers by OneMeet SpA. is exclusively directed towards eventual renewal of valid subscription. Any use, different from that above mentioned is to be understood as outside the responsibility of OneMeet SpA.

OneMeet SpA upholds the strictest Italian and European standards with respect to protection of privacy and of personal information of Members/Subscribed Members. Some information, comments or content (photographs or video) that the Member optionally provides may possibly, under the responsibility and on the initiative of the Member concerned, reveal the ethnic origin of the Member, his/her nationality, religion and/or sexual orientation. By providing such information, all optional, the Member concerned manifests his/her intention and, consequently, expressly consents to, and takes sole responsibility for, the processing of this mentioned "sensitive" data by BestSingle.com, and freely takes the exclusive responsibility. Each Member can access or request access to information concerning him/her in order to have it modified, deleted or to forbid any use by BestSingle.com of it. Members can submit such requests for access by mailing requests to the following address: OneMeet SpA - Via di San Basilio 41, 00187 Roma, or by filling out the contact forms, and each Member shall carefully identify the sender's personal information. Each Member can, at the time of registration or at any time thereafter, request to receive and, subsequently, request without charge via BestSingle.com to cease to receive, the BestSingle.com newsletters and/or promotional offers sent to her/him by email from BestSingle.com and/or its partners. The rights and warranties of BestSingle.com Members respect in particular the Italian law on "information and privacy policy", article 7, D. lgs. 196/2003.

When and why do we gather information about Members?

The Member is asked to supply information about himself/herself when he/she registers with the Service, participates in a chat or acquires a Pass. Certain items of information are mandatory in order to gain access to Services.

What sort of information do we gather?

Personal information gathered by OneMeet SpA can include your name, mailing and/or email address, fixed line and/or mobile phone numbers, bank information, information about your physical appearance, photographs, personal values, religion, interests, and your use of the Service. Furthermore, certain non-personal information are also gathered, such as the version of the Member's and any other visitor's web browser (Netscape, Internet Explorer, etc.), the operating system (Windows 98, Mac Os, etc.) and the IP address of the computer from which they are visiting. Finally, BestSingle may use cookies, designed to store information used to identify the Member while he/she is browsing on the BestSingle.com Internet site, in order to allow the Member to continue browsing without having to re-enter this information for each new page. The Member always has the option of preventing the use of cookies by modifying the options of his/her web browser. To obtain further information about this, please refer to the browser-specific advice on option modification.

Who has access to your information?

1. The information gathered about the Member when he/she registers with BestSingle.com and subscribe to our Services is used to offer you our different Services. All precautions have been taken on our databases to archive their information in a secure environment. Only a small number of our employees have access to his/her information, which is only accessible in case of necessity. The personal information the Member provides at the time of registration which does not comprise their personal ad and their profile will not be accessible by third parties, nor passed on, sold or exchanged, except in the cases named below and subject to their prior information and agreement, or in assumption of their non opposition hereto.

2. We may send the Member promotional offers from some of our partners, subject to your explicit and informed consent given during registration, unless you choose not to be contacted during your registration or unless the Member changes his/her mind at any moment thereafter. If the Member does not wish to receive any special offers from BestSingle.com or our partner companies, they should communicate that when they subscribe, or alternatively sending an email by going on our website and clicking Contact Area.

3. BestSingle.com may occasionally share general socio-demographic information that does not include names with selected partners to allow them to target their announcements (by age category, gender, etc.). In this case, we will not send these partners any information that would allow them to identify the Member.

4. The information contained in the Members personal ad, his/her search criteria and his/her profile can be accessed on BestSingle.com, on the web or by email (newsletters). In addition, these informations may be broadcasted directly by BestSingle.com or via our partners to persons interested in BestSingle.com, through newsletters or third-party websites, or by all other electronic (email, text messaging, etc.) or audiovisual (radio, television, etc.) communication tools, or by written press (newspapers, magazines, etc.), in order to increase your chances of meeting someone by promoting your person ads, search criteria and profile.

Consequently, the Member explicitly authorizes OneMeet SpA to reproduce and broadcast the information contained in his/her personal ad, search criteria or profile (personal information, description, images, videos, etc.) on all or part of the BestSingle.com Services (on the BestSingle.com site, on the Web, by email) and/or in a general manner, on all distribution media, in particular audiovisual communication (press, radio, analogue television, digital television, cable or satellite) or electronic communication (email, Internet), throughout the entire world and for the length of time established in these Terms of Use between the Member and OneMeet SpA. Furthermore, the Member explicitly authorizes OneMeet SpA to transfer the benefits of the above mentioned rights to its partners and eventual successors of OneMeet SpA. If the Member no longer wishes for BestSingle.com or its partners to reproduce or broadcast the information included in the Members personal ad, search criteria, or profile, the Member can terminate his/her BestSingle.com account following the conditions foreseen in Article 8 and 8Bis in the present Agreement. Since this information is comprised of the Members personal ad, search criteria and profile, the termination will only take effect upon the next update or version of these communications (printed, press, audiovisual, or electronic) containing the available information in the personal ad and in the Member presentation.

Content broadcasted by BestSingle.com

The trademarks, logos, graphics, photographs, animations and texts featuring on the BestSingle.com website are the intellectual property of OneMeet SpA and may not be reproduced, used or represented without the express permission of OneMeet SpA or its partners. Offenders will be subject to legal action. The rights of use accorded by BestSingle.com to the Member are strictly limited to accessing, downloading, printing and reproduction on all media (hard disk, floppy disk, CD-ROM, etc.) and to use of these documents for private and personal purposes in the scope of and for the duration for of the Member's membership with BestSingle.com. Any other use by the Member is prohibited without the authorization of OneMeet SpA. In particular, the Member is prohibited from modifying, copying, reproducing, disseminating, transmitting, exploiting for commercial gain and/or distributing in any form whatsoever the Services, the BestSingle.com site pages or software codes for elements comprising the BestSingle.com Services and site.

Content provided by Members

The Member grants BestSingle.com a license to use the intellectual property rights attached to the content provided by the Member for the purpose of broadcasting on the BestSingle.com site. This license in particular incorporates the right for OneMeet SpA to reproduce, represent, adapt, translate, scan, use for publicity purposes, commercial or non-commercial, sub-license or assign the content concerning the Member (information, images, videos, descriptions, search criteria, etc.) on all or part of the BestSingle.com Services (on the BestSingle.com site, by email) and/or in mailings sent by BestSingle.com and, in a general manner, on all distribution media, in particular electronic (email, text messaging, MMS, WAP, Internet, CD-Rom or DVD-Rom) or audiovisual communication (press, radio, analogue television, digital television, cable or satellite). The Member expressly authorizes OneMeet SpA to modify this content in order to conform to the look and feel of the BestSingle.com Services and/or other communications media above, and/or to make this content compatible with its technical processes or appropriate media formats. These rights are worldwide and exist for the entirety of the agreement set out in these terms and conditions in Italian and foreign legislation and international present and future conventions, including possible extensions. The Member is prohibited from copying, reproducing or otherwise using for any purpose the content relating to other Members, except for the explicit requirements for usage of the Services for the Member's own strictly personal and private use.

If the Members behavior contravenes what was previously set in articles 3 and 6, in other words, according to OneMeet SpA or according to the opinion of other BestSingle.com Members or other persons who have a title in regard, the Members behavior causes or can cause danger, disturbance, discomfort to others or damage the normal usage of the Services to third parties. OneMeet SpA reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate the present agreement with the Member responsible for the above mentioned acts by removing the profile on BestSingle.com website. Saving all possible damage and interests which may be asked to the Member, third party rights or legal representative for the damages caused by the violations of the bylaws will not reimburse any installments already paid by the Member and will have the right to ask as a penalty 80% of the amount of the money due for the months remaining at the conclusion of the agreement. In addition, should OneMeet SpA incur any consequential expenses for the incorrect behavior of the canceled member, these shall have to reimburse OneMeet SpA upon their or by their delegate's request for the full expenses. If, in case, as what is premised does not occur it will be OneMeet SpA's responsibility to intervene in the appropriate offices to ensure the credit towards the Member are satisfied. The Member will be informed by email, the one entered into during registration, of the cancellation or confirmation of the cancellation of his/her contract. The relative Member data will be removed upon their request or with the expiration of the current legal expiration of the cancellation date of their account. The option to cancel each Member will not give rise to any kind of total or partial reimbursement of the subscription previously subscribed to.

A Member may rescind the present agreement in the following ways:
1. Within maximum 10 (ten) days from the purchasing date of subscription. Consequently, the present agreement will not be improved and nothing will be owed to OneMeet SpA Company beyond the the installment subscribed to and paid for. The Member will be deleted by the website database.
2. Within 15 (fifteen) days of the expiration of the annual subscription with validity from the moment of the cancellation of the agreement and starting only from the date of the year of the subscription. In that case the OneMeet SpA Company will not give place to tacit renewal of the services for further 12 months and will not tacitly renew the service for further 12 months and will delete the Member from the database of the website. The communications of rescission will have to sent to a returned receipt letter. In order to protect the client it is mandatory that in the communication of rescission there are the following informations: Name, Last name, client's alias (nickname), home address, municipality, province and email used during registration. NB: When the profile is deleted the user will be unable to use the Dating Online service, including access to the BestSingle.com website. In order to guarantee the user the best possible service, the interruption of services will take place the day the communication is received, the service will be interrupted within the following 48h, according to the employee working activity. In any case, the post mark receipt will be followed.

The Member, in addition to what already mentioned in article 8, can rescind the agreement, with OneMeet SpA at any time without having to explain why, in the following ways:
writing a letter with returned receipt to OneMeet SpA legal office in Via di San Basilio 41, 00187 Roma . In that case, the Member will be obliged to pay 80% of the remaining sum of the remaining months for the conclusion of the subscription. The full sum will debited in a unique solution through a credit card transaction which the Member had provided at the time of subscription. If the sum is unavailable in the credit card limit, the manager of the BestSingle.com service will not rescind the agreement. Alternatively, the Member can correspond the payment via money transfer and so will obtain the rescission of the agreement. With the termination of the subscription, the data relevant to the Member will be archived and stored by the company for a period of 12 months from the date of the last transaction to allow research and controls by international circuits Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express, as indicated by the security standards regarding the storage of sensitive data. At the end of that period those data will be destroyed.

The information supplied by a Member of OneMeet SpA must be accurate and conform to reality. The consequences of disclosing information on the life of the Member or of other Members are the sole responsibility of the Member concerned. Consequently, he/she waives all recourse against OneMeet SpA, notably on the basis of any possible damage to the Member's right to his/her image, the Member's honor and reputation, or the Member's privacy, resulting from the dissemination or revelation of information concerning the Member under the conditions foreseen by this agreement, in particular by Article 5 "Personal Privacy and Protection of Member Data," since the Member has given his/her prior, free and express consent to such revelation through his/her registering with the Service and in application of these Terms of Use.
OneMeet SpA cannot be held liable for (and the consequences of) the accuracy or inaccuracy of the information and content provided by other Members, site visitors and/or the Member himself/herself. Correspondingly, OneMeet SpA cannot be held responsible for content distributed by a Member that might contravene the rights of one or more other Members or third parties.
In the event that any damages are brought against OneMeet SpA due to any actions by the Member that are against the law or against these General Terms of Use, the Member shall assume all responsibility. This guarantee covers the amendments and the indemnities which would following have to be paid, the lawyer's and legal fees charged to OneMeet SpA. OneMeet SpA is authorized at any time to suppress in part or completely the services offered.
OneMeet SpA does not guarantee that during the period of validity of the agreement there will be contacts with positive results. At the same time OneMeet SpA has no responsibility if during the period of validity of the agreement there will be no further business contacts.
OneMeet SpA will elaborate user profiles using alias' and can contact it's members in order to improve the service or make market research.

(Art. 8.2) Functioning of the BestSingle.com and related Services

To use the Services, the Member must have the necessary hardware equipment and software and the necessary parameters required to properly use BestSingle.com: Internet Explorer 6 or equivalent, Javascript functions enabled, cookies enabled, and pop-ups enabled. OneMeet SpA does not guarantee that the Services will function if the Member activates a popup killer tool. In this case, the function should be deactivated before using the Service. In that case, this function will have to be disabled before using BestSingle.com. The Member must have the skills, hardware and software required to use the Internet or, as appropriate, Internet and telephone, and acknowledges that the characteristics and constraints of the Internet mean that the security, availability and integrity of Internet data transmissions cannot be guaranteed. OneMeet SpA does not guarantee that the Services shall function without interruption or error. In particular, the use of this site may be interrupted at any time for the purposes of maintenance, updates or technical improvements, or to develop its content and/or presentation. Whenever possible, OneMeet SpA shall inform its Members prior to maintenance work or updates. In this context, OneMeet SpA cannot be held responsible for the non-functioning, non-availability or adverse conditions of usage of the BestSingle.com site resulting from incorrect hardware, problems experienced by the Member's Internet Service Provider or blockages on the Internet networks or for all other reasons outside the sphere of influence of OneMeet SpA.

(Art. 8.3) Links

BestSingle.com can supply or third parties may include hypertext links to other websites other than the BestSingle.com website and to Internet sources. As OneMeet SpA is unable to supervise these external sites and sources, it cannot be held responsible for the availability of these external sites and sources, and cannot be responsible for their content, advertising, products, Services or any other element made available on or from any of these external sites or sources. Any difficulty relating to a hypertext link must be submitted to the administrator or webmaster of the site to which it pertains. It should, furthermore, be noted that the consultation and/or utilization of these external websites and sources are governed by their own Terms of Use.
Finally, if during the scope of a search performed on the BestSingle.com website where the result of this search would point the Member to access sites, pages or forums of which the content and/or purpose constitutes a violation of the Italian law, the Member is required to cease consultation of the site concerned in order to avoid being held responsible for such violation, excluding the responsibility of OneMeet SpA.

(Art. 8.4) Limitation of Responsibility

The complete responsibility of OneMeet SpA is only limited by the sum effectively paid by the Member for the service object of a violation. In this regard, OneMeet SpA shall in no circumstances be liable for direct or indirect damage to the Member where the Member's behavior contributed to the occurrence of the damage he/she claims to have suffered and in particular for the loss of data (also for copies), damage to reputation, to image etc or for registrations made by the Member, given it is the Member's responsibility to make backup copies.

These Terms of Use, and the pages on the BestSingle.com site to which these terms refer, constitute a contract that governs the relationship between the Member and BestSingle.com .They cancel and replace any conditions that may have been agreed to in the past, even if not directly withdrawn or amended, and constitute the entirety of the rights and obligations of BestSingle.com and of the Member.

BestSingle.com reserves the right to modify the pages of BestSingle.com site, the Services, their price and the applicable Terms of Use at any time. These amendments will come into force the as soon as they are posted on the BestSingle.com site, they shall be deemed to have been accepted by the Member unless the Member has manifested his/her intention to terminate his/her account. Contrarily, it is assumed that the Member has accepted these amendments and continues to use the BestSingle.com site or related Services. Members are therefore invited to read the most recent version online on the BestSingle.com site.The presence of the Member on the site implies their full acceptance of any revision or amendment of the present norm.

The Member must communicate in writing, explaining, any claim in regards to OneMeet SpA relative to the amounting of debited expenses within 8 days after the debited contested expenses. In the absence of a claim by the Member within 8 days, the expenses debited will be deemed approved.

These Terms of Use shall be governed, construed and applied in accordance with Italian law. The courts in Rome will be the only ones competent to recognize any controversy relative to the present norms, including, not exclusive to, their validity, interpretation, execution and/or termination and relatives consequences.

BestSingle.com is property of OneMeet SpA Via di San Basilio 41, 00187 Roma, who is responsible for the content and the distribution of the service. For Italy, the e-commerce service is managed by the OneMeet SpA Company, an Italian Company registered with the Business Registry in Rome, VAT number 08214491006, with its office in Rome, Via di San Basilio 41, 00187 Roma. OneMeet SpA can be contacted via email, accessing our site and clicking on contacts. According to laws as a consequence of the articles 1341, 1342 civil code, let alone those relative to contracts with the consumer, I declare to have read carefully and approve the content and what established in article 4 (Duration of Agreement, price and methods of payment), 7 (Cancellation of Agreement), 8 (Termination), 8Bis (Anticipated Agreement Cancellation), 10 (Amendments to BestSingle.com or of the conditions of use) and 11 (Applicable Jurisdiction � attribution of the jurisdiction).
