BestSingle Incorporated has the following Privacy Policy with regards to the information gathered on the Web pages hosted by OneMeet S.p.A

The subscribers personal data will be used by OneMeet S.p.A. respecting the laws in force regarding the privacy as established by the D.Lgs number 196 of 30 June, 2003 and by other norms in force regarding this matter.

The following information is in regards to the data submitted by the subscriber during his/her registration, as well as data obtained by the visits to our website and subsequently offered by the subscriber for the activation of the services available within our portal.

OneMeet S.p.A. treats all personal information as outlined by the D. lgs 196/2003 – in regards to collecting, registering, organizing, preserving, elaborating, editing, selecting, extracting, comparing use, and any other operation useful for providing the services requested, including communicating, when necessary, with third parties through the use of automated and telematic tools such data may also be collected in data banks and/or archives.

In particular, the aims of personal data are the following:
- to provide the requested services;
- to Check the quality of the offered services;
- to provide all bookkeeping and tax implementations;
- to satisfy market surveys and statistics, marketing and product preferences
- track any probable illicit behaviour only if specifically asked by the competent authorities

In case the customer has given appropriate consent:
to provide the information and/or offers on products, services or initiatives offered or promoted by OneMeet S.p.A., and/or affiliates, as well as commercial partners and outsourcers, without this determining the termination of the personal data shared with third parties;

The Subscriber will be able to access his/her own data anytime and to exercise the rights outlined by art. 7, D. lgs. 196/2003.

The Subscriber has the right to obtain the indication:

4. of the identifying information of the holder, the responsibles and the representative designated outlined by to article 5, comma 2;

The Subscriber has the right to obtain:

The Subscriber, moreover, will have always direct access to his/her data via web the own data, as those possessed by OneMeet S.p.A., through their own access codes ("Username " and "Password "). The Subscriber will be able to integrate, edit, or delete data in any moment and without intermediaries, independently and under their own responsibility. Through the same interface the Subscriber will be able to manage the reception, the regularity and the content of the information supplied by OneMeet S.p.A.

The acquired personal data by OneMeet S.p.A. can be communicated to all the employees, consulting collaborators with any title in our Company, nonetheless to all or company organs. The same data, moreover, can be communicated to controlling companies or connected or affiliated with OneMeet S.p.A. or OneMeet S.p.A. commercial partners (producers, suppliers, carriers, etc.) that is of the societies that carry out surveys on client preferences, respecting the parameters previously outlined.

Cancellation of profile
Users can delete their profile by going to "My account" and selecting "delete profile". In this way all their data will be removed from our database.

Unsubscribing to NewsLetter
To unsubscribe to the newsletter service you must log in, access the portal by entering your personal data (nick and password); and subsequently visiting the My Account page and select "enable mail to receive messages". If you update the page, this entry will be changed with "disabled email".

Registration Mail use
